Hi, I’m Kelly Driscoll, a Toronto real estate representative and a lifelong Toronto resident. I grew up in Etobicoke and have lived in the Annex, Republic of Rathnelly, Forest Hill and most recently, Trinity Bellwoods. I have raised my two children in Toronto and I have a deep knowledge about all of the varied neighbourhoods that make up this dynamic city.

I have a wealth of experience to offer my clients. I practiced matrimonial law for 8 years where I honed excellent negotiation and people management skills that serve my clients extremely well in their real estate transactions.

In the past 10 years, I have built a successful interior design practice, and participated in residential development from the strategic planning phases, through to the acquisition, construction and design. Throughout this time I have also staged homes for both private clients and developers.

Residential construction is one of my true passions and I have a great eye for seeing beyond the clutter and the personal nature of people’s homes. By applying these skills I am able to properly advise my clients on whether a property is the right fit for them. I bring my creative vision and experience to each residential transaction to ensure that you are completely confident with what is likely your most important lifestyle and investment decision ever.

• I provide experienced staging advice and have a team of professionals who can ensure your home “shows” to maximum advantage.

For buyers:

• I can help find you a home that meets your needs and help you visualize the potential that each prospective property has. I also support investors in realistically assessing each possible residential opportunity to ensure a fair return on investment.

I have a broad and varied professional and social community with whom I stay well connected. This assists me in marketing your residential property and getting your purchase and/or sale done.

My outside interests include road cycling, yoga, entertaining, cooking skiing and travel. I am an enthusiastic patron of the Arts and actively support several Toronto based Charities including The Stop, Peacebuilders, AMREF and CANFAR.
